HETI has experience designing and conducting a variety of essential risk improvement training programs – emphasizing human error, behavioral-based intervention, incident investigation and root cause analysis, and process improvement – that enhance operational results. Our goal is to provide quality loss control training that helps clients identify, evaluate and mitigate hazards, while meeting employee education requirements. HETI has experience at developing tailored training programs as requested by the client, as well as providing regulatory training, such as OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour classes.
