HETI consultants conduct transportation audits and risk assessments of exposures and controls and develop safety procedures and programs to address those exposures. We can analyze existing fleet safety programs against industry best practices and regulatory requirements. In addition, we have provided mock Department of Transportation inspections, audits and risk assessments. HETI also offers transportation safety management training – including driver-improvement coaching and defensive driver training.
